SAD POETRY 
Trying to hold my heart above the tears and pain. Before they swallow my whole heart again.Afraid that the love my heart is now feeling will be erased from this place.Never to be felt or experienced again.
Crying isn't going to help me refrain from the hurt. It is a true strain on the love my heart could gain and sustain. (from a sad moment in my life)

Very nice and I love the picture you drew to with it.
I think that whenever we experience pain, it's important to feel our way through it instead of burying it down deep inside, or else we never truely recover.
It's great that you could capture that moment and those feelings, although, not so great that you ever had to feel that way. ;)
